Braised Salmon with Mustard and Gruyere Herb Crust

Braised Salmon with Mustard and Gruyere Herb Crust, served with Sauteed Spinach and Roasted Vine Tomatoes on a bed of creamed potato. This was the main course that I served to friends on Saturday. It is very tasty and so easy and is always appreciated. The recipe was introduced to me by my daughter Janie. The recipe can be found at http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes

Our first course was home-made Leek, Carrot and Potatoe Soup with onion and garlic. Our dessert, Baked Lemon Squares with Hot Lemon Sauce and of course ice-cream.
