It would be interesting to see that house inside...It's intriguing on the outside. Love walking through the village with you today. Hope your Thursday is a wonderful one!

Hi Barbara! Love the look at Upner. What a wonderful and charming town. The Tudor Rose - I'm reading The Red Queen by Phillippa Gregory - she married a Tudor, and is trying to get her son the Throne. Brings the War of the Roses to life, and the lives of women of that time into reality. Thanks for bringing the UK to us!

The house for sale does look intriguing. I especially like the white cottage house with the aqua/teal colored door. Charming! People's flower displays are delightful, too.

What an exceptionally pretty village.
I rather long to live in the house that is for sale --well look inside it anyway.
Your photos always make me nostalgic for England.
Wishing you and Alan a most joyful Easter!

I have just spent some time reading past posts and catching up a bit with you as I have been busy with so much else. Now I must put Dover Castle on my list of places to visit.

Happy Easter to you and Alan!

That is a very pretty village. It is nice to see the cobbled streets, I hope you had flat shoes on!

Thank you for taking us along these streets; I find the architecture very interesting and of course I enlarged all the photos for a better look. That house for sale drew my attention right away...and I'd love to pass through that gateway to see what's behind it...a courtyard or garden, I presume, behind the house.
