Forgive my ignorance, do the Royal Family have their own private priest at this chapel? Sorry, they must do but that amazes me, it truly does!

What a gorgeous ceiling! I see others have noted the same. Thank you for sharing the candle photo - we light lots of candles in the Orthodox Church and I learned a bit more about the meanings behind them.

I love seeing chapels and particularly historical ones. This one has such beautifully intricate detailing all over. I had to zoom in the photo with the candles so that I could read what the placard said. What lovely words there left for those who enter to contemplate. Just a peaceful and beautiful place of worship. I wonder if the Queen has a private minister who travels with her, or if there is a regular minister who serves that chapel year round?
