I cut this item out of my newspaper last year as we had visited there not too long before
It caught my eye because this stunning Cornish cove, complete with a water sports centre, cafe, shop and quay, was on the market for the same price as a central London parking space! It was on sale for
£250,000 as a business with 8 years on the lease
and
a parking space in a car park in Prince's Gate, near Hyde Park, London
would cost the same!
The cove overlooks St. Austell bay

I'd take the cove over the parking stall any day! Happy Easter, Barbara!
That is a shocking price (but obviously not if you are a Londoner) for a parking space. Amazing. I'll take the cove instead. ;-)
London is terribly expensive, a nice city to visit but not to live. Give me the idyllic Cornish cove, should love to live there.
What a lovely spot. If only I were able, I'd have snapped it up for sure.
Sending you best of wishes for a Happy Easter !
Polkerris!
I used to dive off the sea wall there - at high tide circa 1963!
it was our nearest semi-decent beach.
Gosh!
Happy Easter!
Anyone want to go in on it with me? :)
A very beautiful area.
Audrey.
Are you going to buy it??!
