This recipe I copied from Vanessa'a blog. Where Vanessa has used Rice Krispie Cereal, I have used Rice Krispie Multi-grain shapes. Apologies for anyone wanting to make these in the UK as it is not possible to buy the Butterscotch chips over here. Mine were brought over from the States.
Setting in the tin - should compliment the sharpness of the strawberries
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup butterscotch chips, 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal. In a large saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Stir over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat. Add cereal and stir until well coated. Using a buttered spatula, press evenly into a 9x9 pan coated with cooking spray. Cut into bars when cool. Makes 16 bars
