Braised Salmon with Mustard and Gruyere Herb Crust, served with Sauteed Spinach and Roasted Vine Tomatoes on a bed of creamed potato. This was the main course that I served to friends on Saturday. Our first course was home-made Leek, Carrot and Potatoe Soup with onion and garlic. Our dessert, Baked Lemon Squares with Hot Lemon Sauce and of course ice-cream.
