We have lost so many beautiful old buildings in WV because of that. I remember the Old Library in our town and it was truly a beauty and they tore it down years ago to build a modern bank, not to even mention the theaters that they tore down. With ther spiral staircases, velvet curtains and marble walls. Such a shame.

WillowAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3606833213419475387.post-53566037140685936302009-10-14T03:54:47.854+01:002009-10-14T03:54:47.854+01:00How wonderful that Lord and Lady Lliffe saved Basi...How wonderful that Lord and Lady Lliffe saved Basildon Park.
PatsyPatsyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17862394699499538591noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3606833213419475387.post-88427709445217596632009-10-14T00:05:24.165+01:002009-10-14T00:05:24.165+01:00Ah yes, I think I'd stop by too, if I "we...Ah yes, I think I'd stop by too, if I "were in the area."
